When users wants to reprint Output in Outbound delivery #82043041,when click on save ,it shows error "item category is not defined."

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

The issue is with the master data not with the output.Item Category defined in the material 10939893 of corresponding delivery 82043041 is wrong.Due to this we are getting below error.To resolve this issue please maintain both general item category group and item category group as NORM instead of BANC in the corresponding sales orgs 3000 and 4000 and delete this delivery and create new one for the further processing.

Resolution

Issue was resolved as per NEC Request.
